Ingredients: Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie Recipe
- 8 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 (9”) chocolate crumb pie crust
- ½ cup strawberry jam
- 2 cups whipping cream
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until silky smooth.
- Spoon the filling into the crust.
- Top with the strawberry jam and whipped topping.
- Cover and transfer to the fridge overnight.
